Digesta Animalia: the Animal Law Digest. The Digesta Animalia® provides full text judgments, with headnotes, of significant cases on Animal and Veterinary Law, from the Courts and Tribunals of the Commonwealth of Australia, its states and territories; Aotearoa New Zealand, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Malaysia and the Republic of Singapore; with a particular focus on veterinary negligence, veterinary misconduct, heads of loss and damage and the assessment of loss and damage (pertaining to companion animals and horses), consumer protection, consumer guarantees, consumer rights, Sale of Goods legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law (Cth), Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK)), and to a lesser extent, animal cruelty, animal rights and animal abuse. Continuation of the Digesta Animalium volumes.
